- Proactively engage with clients to establish financial needs, understand client requirement and provide the best financial solution to their existing and NTB relationship.
- Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review client personal data, align clients need through superior service thereby helping the client reach short term and long term investments goals.
- Achievements of product wise targets and cross sell products as per demographics, lifestyle and risk profiling.
- Responsible for acquiring deepening and upgrading all ETB and NTB relationships of the bank.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made , demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
