1. Identify and execute end-to-end improvement projects across the organization with regular interaction with employees and deliver expected results
2. Suggest workflows suitable for process execution, identification of alternate solution for employee queries and recommendation of preferred approaches
3. Follow appropriate procedures laid by the EEM team.
4. Equip self with new procedures and updated policies.
5. Cutting across the departments to obtain results for employee Servicing.
6. Meet and exceed performance targets set by management.
7. Use appropriate escalation methods.
