Title : HR Business Partner  REPORTING INTO : India Head HR  JOB LOCATION : Mumbai, Goregaon East  QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate with a Master's degree in HRM.  BACKGROUND :   - 6-8 years of relevant experience into Human Resource Management as Business HR Partner/ HR Generalist role  - Candidates from IT/BPO/Telecom/Startups/ product IT companies will be preferred  - Must have managed growing FTE's of at least 500  - Must have excellent communication, superior Inter-personal skills and high networking skills  - Should be familiar with statutory labour laws  - Should have high analytical & decision making skills  - Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support within the organizational framework.   - Ability to work on multi tasks and unstructured environment and bring in systems and processes  - Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub-systems.   CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :  As a HR business partner the expectation is to understand the Business and have the capability to manage talent according to the business and organization imperatives. The incumbent should have the ability to not only come up with ideas & solutions but also have the energy & enthusiasm to translate them into action. Person should be a go-getter and have a high say-do ratio!   Employee Relations & Engagement :   - Work with the Business leadership team to establish a people agenda that support business plans and drives employee engagement.   - Based on regular employee interactions, propose and drive initiatives and changes within the organization.   - Understand the employee pulse and execute actions based on the insights   - Driving multiple internal communication initiatives towards an informed and engaged organization   - Employee grievance management   - Responsible for people processes, HR Metrics and analysis  - Drive employee engagement initiatives  - Institutionalise Policies  Talent Management :   - Drive people agenda with the business ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver on the recurring people management requirements.   - Improve manager effectiveness to align with the business requirements.   - Actively coach and influence to improve the culture and working environment in the organization   - Collaborate with the L&D team on development initiatives and OD interventions   - Enhance the effectiveness of performance discussions between supervisors and employees  - Drive Talent Management initiatives including categorization of talent identifying of top talent, Risk assessment, Succession Planning, etc  - Drive Talent Engagement initiatives for different categories of talent  - Manage attrition and drive initiatives to retain employee  - Drive induction of new employees  - Performance Management - Create a culture of high performing organisation through implementation of Goal setting, feedback and coaching, etc.  - Build Managerial Capabilities  Change Management :   - Drive Leadership development Programs  - Drive Change Management  - Work closely with the leadership on organisation related imperatives.   - Be an effective sounding board and subject matter expert.  - Create understanding of culture and values of the company and support the employees through their career lifecycle in line with the company objective  - Participate in the employee related strategic discussions with Business Heads and ensure right inflow of manpower through recruitment team, right training through the central training team.   - Ensure all HR processes relating to the region is effectively delivered.
