About Virohan :

Virohan is a Healthcare focused Ed-Tech company training youth for jobs in the healthcare sector. We aim to create India's largest Industry demand-led edtech platform for healthcare professionals. We are funded by Blume Ventures, Rebright Partners (Japan), elea Foundation for Ethics in Globalization (Switzerland), Artha Impact (Switzerland), Yunus Social Business (an impact fund founded by Noble Laureate Prof. Mohammad Yunus based out of Germany), AngelList, Keiretsu Forum amongst others.

If yes, we would be delighted to hear from you. You will be a key member of the product team and hence, a pivotal decision maker. An ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mind-set, high levels of creativity, and a bias for action. Creative coding and strategy interpretation is your thing, naturally.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Be involved in the full Product development life-cycle, from ideation, through implementation to post-Production support. Release management for consumer-oriented products.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and user needs.

- Continuously refine and adjust the roadmap based on user feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies

- Lead the end-to-end product development and optimization process, including gathering requirements, and creating user stories. Debug and troubleshoot product issues through our tech vendor and present solutions to improve product performance.

- Work with external and internal partners on integration and product expansion opportunities

- Participate in products that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodology. Play a key role in improving operational efficiencies through system automation.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and features. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.

- Define the product strategy/roadmap and deliver MRDs/PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

An ideal candidate should have:

- 2+ years of experience in Product Management in a Product company.

- You are able to comfortably interface with all levels of management and communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.

- You love numbers & objectivity, you seek problem solving opportunities with a rational approach

- You are obsessed with detail & often spot opportunities by paying attention to detail.

- You have a strong ability to communicate and work across functions.

- You like to get your hands dirty.

- You are Data Driven and able to take data driven product development approach

- You can understand current UI/UX trends to deliver wow products to customers
