Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own, review and facilitate the financial accounting system end-to-end

- Key skills required; Financial acumen, strong accounting skills, strong understanding of companies act, strong understanding of direct & indirect taxes, excellent skill in Microsoft office tools

- Develop, implement and review the financial reporting architecture [6 segments] & continuously evolve basis the business needs

- Key skills required; Ability to understand the business needs, ability to look for completeness in the architecture & manage the recording of transactions / tags accurately & in appropriate detail

- Liaise, co-ordinate and collaborate with all external professional consultants & stakeholders who support the accounting & finance department

- Key skills required; Project management skills, Planning & timely resolution, procurement & negotiation skills, communication skills

Ideal Candidate :

- Chartered Accountant with 2+ years post qualification experience working in a similar profile

- Experience in working in a start-up ecosystem would be a big advantage

- Strong functional and execution capabilities in finance & accounting

- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to perform in pressure situations & capability to get the best out of a wide range of stakeholders
