Virohan is looking for an assistant manager, content and pedagogy for researching and reviewing educational content based on an innovative pedagogy along with supporting team management.
Overview of the Role and Responsibilities:
The content team at Virohan develops content for paramedical courses with a vision to scale Virohans classroom program across the nation.
The type of content being developed by the content team includes:
- technical subject related content for both theory and practical
- soft skills and English grammar content
The assistant manager is responsible for / should be:
- reviewing and vetting all the education content (E-learning modules, textbook handouts, presentations, medical animations, educational videos, interactive case studies, etc.) for the various courses offered by Virohan.
- ensuring content compliance with the editorial guidelines.
- coordinating with all the team members to ensure timely and high quality deliverables.
- making internal process improvements in the content development process.
- proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and the Internet.
- proficient in English and Hindi language.
An Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
- Post-graduate degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Allied medical domains (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medicine, Dentistry, etc.)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Good Written & Communication Skills
- Concisely and accurately communicate scientific and medical information
- Constantly adapt to changing clinical data, management guidelines and regulations
- Strong proof-reading skills with top-notch grammar
- Sound understanding of visual design process and ability to storyboard
