- Retention Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive retention marketing strategies and campaigns to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive repeat purchases.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Utilize various communication channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, and app push to effectively engage and retain customers.
- Platform Expertise: Leverage platforms such as WebEngage, CleverTap, Wizgo, and MoEngage to execute, manage, and optimize multi-channel retention marketing campaigns.
- Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Demonstrate a strong ability to segment and target customers based on behavioral data, purchase history, and preferences to personalize communications and enhance engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and conversion rates to iteratively refine strategies, identify areas for improvement, and achieve business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, design, analytics, and customer support teams to align retention marketing strategies with overall business goals and product enhancements.
- Data-Driven Insights & A/B Testing: Work with analytics teams to derive actionable insights from customer data, perform A/B testing on campaigns, and generate data-driven recommendations for optimizing retention marketing initiatives.
- Reporting & Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention efforts (e. , churn rate, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value), providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Identifying Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within our retention marketing efforts, using data insights to drive decision-making and deliver measurable results.
Requirements:
- Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing within the e-commerce or product-focused industry.
- Channel Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, and app push for customer retention strategies.
- Platform Expertise: Expertise in leveraging platforms like WebEngage, CleverTap, Wizgo, and MoEngage to effectively execute and optimize multi-channel retention marketing campaigns.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Demonstrated ability to segment and target customers based on behavioral data and preferences to enhance engagement and drive retention.
