The position is for the role of Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions based at Corporate Office, Gurgaon

Task / Major Activities

- Build, review, edit and refine financial models and valuation analyses through a demonstrated proficiency in corporate finance and accounting theory

- Prepare presentation materials covering topics such as company presentation, information memorandum, strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance

- Manage and support various steps of a transaction including financial , legal, business diligence etc.

Minimum 2-3 years of M&A experience mandatory
