Years of experience - 18-22 years

The technical head is expected to lead following sub functions and activties:

He/ She must be a Telecom Circle CTO level person with good understanding of Technology used in Passive side, active networks, IBS , RF planning, and Infra planning to handle following projects:

A) Lead the Low cost site project

B) Active Passive DAS solutions technical Design and evaluation

C) Passive Infra IBS Solution Design

D) FTTH Solution Design

E) RF planing Team

F) IPD team

On going basis he will have to work on following KRA's

A) Lead the Techno-commercial Solutions Design and Costing Model development for various new initiatives of company.

B) Interact with Customers for any new Service offering. Work Back with Operations teams. Also work with Vendors to work out a Technical Solution and help KAM's for Pricing inputs.

C) Handle the Centralised IPD team to ensure Low Cost Optimum Design for new site deployment , Upgrade of site for new tenency, IBS, Active Passive Solutions, DAS

D) Vendor assessment and approvals for new products introduction and assessment.
