Senior Account Manager - Digital Marketing for Client Servicing


Job Description:


- We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.


- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client projects, interacting with clients, and ensuring exceptional client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Interaction and Relationship Management:


- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.


- Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations.

- Collaborate with clients to develop and refine digital marketing strategies.


Project Management:


- Develop and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.


- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.


- Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks in project execution.


- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.


Strategy Development:


- Analyze client's business and industry to create effective digital marketing strategies.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.


- Provide clients with strategic recommendations to improve their online presence and achieve marketing goals.


Reporting and Analytics:


- Regularly track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.


- Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.


- Present performance reports and insights to clients in a clear and understandable manner.


Client Servicing:


- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services.


- Anticipate and fulfill client needs while maintaining a positive client experience.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).


- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client servicing.


- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
