Key Requirement:

Incumbent should have direct selling exposure and experience to handle small / medium / large key accounts in the healthcare domain.

Should be self-sufficient to demonstrate the product to prospects.

Appoint, support and manage the partner eco system

Exposure to Relevant Market/ Geographies - Primary location - Tamilnadu

Should be willing to travel extensively.

Experience: 5 plus years in Project Sales

Education Qualification: Any graduate - Bachelors / MBA

Critical Success Factors:

Ability to generate opportunities for Web and Mobile application development in various vertical that include Healthcare Services particularly hospitals, Retail, Logistics

Ability to handle large Accounts & engage at the CxO level

Business Development:

- Assist Sales Head in developing/ executing sales strategy and plan both short and long range for the region/ territory assigned.

- Establish sales objectives & ensure achievement of defined sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services

- Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual plan; initiating corrective actions.

- Identify & generate business from new accounts.

- Identify potential market segments/verticals.

- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities.

- Recommend product packaging and pricing as per the market / customer needs.

- Build credibility in the market & gain market share

Customer Management :

Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.

Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them.

Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team

Provide team representation and set proper client expectations.

Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables, revenue and be responsive.

Conduct demonstrations and prepare technical and commercial proposals.

- Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations

- Proven account management skills

- Should have relevant experience of in Healthcare, Logistics, Corporate Domain

- Should be a sales professional with relevant experience in customized software solutions/ products. Should have a thorough understanding / appreciation of software service business.

- Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors- products and future business plans.

- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
