Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee with a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or MBA and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in various departments to prepare for a leadership role within our Institution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in Training Programs: Engage in structured training programs to develop skills in healthcare management and administration.

- Department Rotation: Rotate through various departments, including clinical operations, and patient services, to gain a holistic understanding of the Institution.

- Assist in Daily Operations: Support managers and supervisors in the daily operations of different departments.

- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to improve healthcare services and patient outcomes.

- Data Analysis: Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on departmental performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or equivalent.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
