Vijayasri Organics Pvt. Ltd - General Manager - Quality Control

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1) Manage, plan and direct the Quality Control and Microbiology laboratories to ensure lab testing provide the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing while ensuring compliance with protocols, cGMP and safety regulations

2) Direct the work activities of the finished product / raw material and microbiology workgroups to ensure that testing is executed in a timely and compliant manner

3) Execute and approve all laboratory investigations

4) Review and investigate all laboratory data outside of trend and propose appropriate CAPA

5) Review and approve protocols and reports such as method validation, method transfer, process validation and stability

6) Provide leadership, management, evaluation and training to all laboratory employees

7) Ensure all vendors have been qualified and adhere to vendor qualification standards with the aim of optimal utilization of the reduced testing procedure

8) Establish and implement a structure to ensure optimal test / cost ratio

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS :

1) University Degree is required with a degree in relevant field

2) At least 12-15 years full-time work experience is mandatory

3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry serving regulatory markets is a must

4) Must be well versed with the latest regulatory guideline

5) Must be able to lead the relevant team with strong leadership value while planning and delegating day to day activities.

6) Telugu Speaking candidates will be preffered
