Your Role: Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales, you will architect and execute our sales strategy, leading a high-performance team to drive revenue growth and global market penetration. You'll play a key role in establishing Vigyanlabs as the preferred partner for enterprises seeking sustainable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients by understanding industry demands, conducting market research, and initiating direct contact to secure new leads.

- Generate high-quality leads through proactive networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms to consistently fill the sales pipeline.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication, fostering trust, and offering personalized service to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer preferences, and market gaps where our products or services can meet demand.

- Present products and services to clients in a compelling manner, aligning solutions to meet specific client needs and expectations.

- Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close deals effectively.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal statuses for effective reporting and tracking.

- Regularly analyze personal and team sales performance to identify areas of improvement, and implement adjustments to optimize sales results.

- Own and deliver against Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets, ensuring consistent sales performance and growth.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in technology, SaaS, or sustainable technology sectors.

- Strong expertise in business development, lead generation, and closing deals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage long-term client relationships.

- Data-driven with the ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.

- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a global or enterprise context.

- Strategic mindset with a strong ability to align solutions with customer needs and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing large-scale sales teams and driving international market expansion.

- Strong understanding of the sustainable technology market and its evolving needs.

- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems
