Vigilare is a stealth mode startup developing an unique B2C product in the FinTech space. The product development has been going on for the last 8 months and the MVP is now ready to go to the market.
I am looking for someone who can take care of the Sales and Marketing for Vigilare. Somone who is in for rapid personal growth, loves technology, & would like to build a team around him. In addition to the salary, the ideal person will get significant equity of the company.
About me :
- I have around 22 years Management experience in Software Development, Product Dvlpmnt, Mktg, Sales & Business Dvlpmnt. Exposure to various global markets. Worked in U.S for 14 years in Fortune 100 companies.
- Started 2 ventures before this. Have experience raising equity for Rs 4+ crores.
- Got my MBA from Emory University (a Top 20\Tier-1 MBA program in US).
- Good access to debt and equity market.

You should have experience :
- In Sales & Marketing in both B2B & B2C segment
- Forging partnerships with large corporations
- In digital marketing and a passion for digital technologies.
- Running effective email marketing, social media marketing, SEM, SEO campaigns
- Brainstorm and experiment (plan, execute, and measure) with new creative growth strategies to increase follower base and boost app-related conversions
You will :
- Meet with potential customers and understand their pain-points firsthand
- Design offline sales strategy and manage the sales team
- Establish partnerships with established businesses in the market
- Pitch to VCs along with me to raise the next set of capital
- Lead and Motivate the team to do their best
- Lead a PR effort to create a buzz about the company
Requirements :
- Preferably an MBA from Top 10 B-School such as IIM, ISB but not a must
- Prior work experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in above areas
- Strong creativity and ability to create innovative campaigns
- Ability to think analytically and take a data-driven approach
