Vigilare is a startup developing a B2B & B2C product for global market using IOT (Security), Blockchain, & Cryptocurrency(Bitcoin) technologies.

- I am looking for a Co-Founder who can take care of Sales and Marketing role for Vigilare and play an equal role in this venture's success. This role will be ideal for some one who wants to be an entrepreneur and is looking for a launchpad.

- Someone who would like to take a calculated risk, work hard and retire early.

- You will get a significant percentage of promoter equity and not much of a pay initially. You should be able to sustain on your savings for at least 6-12 months till we hit Series A round.

- Vigilare will use the current angel fund raised only to build a team of 15-20 member for various functions. Please keep in mind that a VC would like the founders to increase value of the stock and let founders reap benefits from it rather than let founders benefit solely from a pay. I will share the company and product details during the phone interview.

About me :

- I have around 20 years Management experience in Software Development, Product Dvlpmnt, Mktg, Sales & Business Dvlpmnt. Exposure to various global markets. Worked in U.S for 14 years in Fortune 100 companies.

- Started 2 ventures before this and knows first-hand challenges of scaling a venture. Got my MBA from Emory University (a top 20\tier-1 MBA program in US).

You should be :

You should have experience :

- In Sales & Marketing in both B2B & B2C segment

- Forging partnerships with large corporations

- In digital marketing and a passion for digital technologies.

- Running effective email marketing, social media marketing, SEM, SEO campaigns

- Brainstorm and experiment (plan, execute, and measure) with new creative growth strategies to increase follower base and boost app-related conversions

You will :

- Meet with potential customers and understand their pain-points firsthand

- Design offline sales strategy and manage the sales team

- Establish partnerships with established businesses in the market

- Approach Government institutes for promoting the product

- Pitch to VCs along with me to raise the next set of capital

- Lead and Motivate the team to do their best

- Lead a PR effort to create a buzz about the company

Requirements :

- Preferably an MBA from Top 10 B-School such as IIM, ISB but not a must

- Prior work experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in above areas

- Strong creativity and ability to create innovative campaigns

- Ability to think analytically and take a data-driven approach
