JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for Head of Digital Marketing responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives across the portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading all performance marketing, SEO, website development and maintenance, ORM, online PR, social media channels etc. across all institutes in the Group.

- Delivering lead generation and lead quality targets for all institutes through planning and execution of integrated performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Strong focus on SEO, content creation, PPC (Google, Meta content platforms etc.), retargeting, email marketing, online PR, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimisation.

- Setting up detailed dashboards for regular tracking, publishing and reporting performance marketing and search KPI, with recommendations for improvement and optimisation.

- Optimisation of website content, landing pages, blogs, articles and paid search copy working closely with the demand generation stakeholders.

- Collaborate with marketing team for creation of digital assets for campaigns.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing, performance marketing, etc.

- Set up strong processes to monitor and optimize lead quality, including system integrations, detailed reports, collaboration with counselling team etc.

- Focus on growing website traffic, social media communities, positive reviews etc. with regular tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience of 8-12 years in digital marketing, out of which 7-8 years at a digital marketing agency is preferred.

- Strong track record of achieving results through impactful digital mandates and campaigns through the career.

- Strong hands-on experience in organic search platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc, search algorithms and best practices.

- Result oriented, analytical, performance-driven and meticulous with data and reporting systems.

- Adept at multi-functional collaboration and multiple stakeholder management.

- Upto date with technical developments, advancements and best practises in the industry.
