Vidura Capital - Analyst/Senior Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking

Vidura Capital is an Investment Banking firm based in Mumbai with a Client First approach and committed to highest quality of professional standards.

We intend to hire Analyst/ Senior Analyst/ Associate to join our team.

Experience : 1-3 years

Education : Bachelors (for Analyst and Sr. Analyst)/ MBA/ CA/ CFA

Location : Mumbai (date of relocation will be decided based on COVID-19 situation)

Primary Responsibilities :

- Execution of ongoing Engagements involves :

a. Preparation of Information Memorandum outlining Company in great details, Industry, Deal Details, Key Investment Highlights etc., 

b. Preparation of a detailed financial model 

c. Preparation of Teaser 

d. Shortlisting investors to be approached 

e. Coordinating deal discussions 

f. Proactive follow-ups 

g. Assisting in multiple other deal closure efforts

- Deal Origination Support : Involves deeply researching sectors, private equity portfolio companies, other companies and identifying companies who could be onboarded as potential clients

Skills Required :

- High level of ownership and commitment

- Strong Fundamental Knowledge (Reading and interpreting Financial Statements, Understanding business models, Knowledge of Indian Corporate Landscape, etc)

- PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Financial modeling

- Ability to analyze and question data-sets

- Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

- Analytical and logical flow of thoughts

- High level of confidence

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to develop relationships
