Business Plan
- Primary Sales target achievement as per the weekly targets in line with the Business Plan.
- Secondary Sales (RDS to MD) target achievement
- Collection from RDS for primary billing as per the credit terms agreed in the contract.
- Forecast - preparation of detailed Sales rolling plan to the RBM/ZBH for the next 12weeks basis inputs from competition, distribution and team. Product-wise.
- Ensure weekly billing and achievement of targets segment wise.
NVA Achievement
- Develops annual operating plan to achieve Segment wise business Volume, Value & Profit targets
- To review, guide and coach BM/ASM on the gaps between current profitability Vs Target profitability & give them target and direction for achieving the same
Stock Management
- Drive sales forecasting exercise to identify stock requirement as per the available product mix in the region in- line with the expected sales volumes and profit targets
- Strategize & design action plan to synchronize production, logistics & sales for control over inventory / stock levels
- To understand market potential and forecast demand during all seasons of the year for available / planned segments
Team Management:
- Own the hiring process and ensures that required manpower is deployed as per business plan.
- Perform the role of a people manager in the branch. Foster the culture of ownership, innovation, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the region.
- Review the performance of the employees in the branch and providing regular feedback to improve the performance.
- Create a healthy work environment in the region and keep a check on the attrition rate. Ensuring that a high performer remains in the branch.
- Review the performance of ISDs at least twice a month
