Role of Branch Manager is to capture desired market share and increase profitability in the state by focusing on Primary & Secondary billing & building an effective channel distribution with market presence in every district and Width of distribution (WOD).
Business Plan:
- Primary Sales and Secondary Sales target achievement in line with the Business Plan.
- Collection from RDS for primary billing as per the credit terms agreed in the contract.
- Ensure weekly billing and achievement of targets segment wise.
Tertiary sales:
- Ensure consistent growth from previous month to capture desired market share in the branch.
- Own the productivity level of ISD/SE and provide them feedback to further improve their performance.
Stock Management:
- Strategize and drive sales forecasting to identify stock requirement
- To understand market potential and forecast demand during all seasons of the year for available / planned segments
Team Management:
- Own the hiring process and ensures that required manpower is deployed as per business plan.
- Reviewing the performance of the employees in the branch and providing regular feedback to improve the performance.
- Create a healthy work environment in the region and keep a check on the attrition rate (employee turnover). Ensuring that a high performer remains in the branch.
