Vice Principal - IBDP - International School - Singapore

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead the Academic and Non-Academic functions in the respective campus in collaboration with Head Of School.

- Articulate a strategic vision for the school and the ability to lead and manage change to achieve that vision.

- Design and deliver annual academic priorities and strategies in line with the organisations business plan.

- Oversee the IBDP curriculum in the campus.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ Years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in the IBDP Curriculum.

- People management and creative conflict resolution.
