Job Title: Vice President of Workforce Management

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Workforce Management to lead organisation's workforce strategy, planning, and operations. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in workforce management, with a proven track record of driving business results through effective workforce planning, analytics, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive workforce planning, analytics, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Drive innovation and best practices in workforce management, leveraging technology and data analytics
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of experience in workforce management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, analytics and process improvement
- Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to drive innovation and change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
