Responsibilities :
- Graduate/Masters with 10 plus years of experience in wealth management.
- Develop a robust liability and assets pipeline on Pan India basis.
- Focus on Business Model and related Business Dynamics by providing advisory services and customized Solutions.
- Providing a full range of banking & lending solutions to HNI to manage their wealth & their everyday banking needs
- Participate in marketing pitches to new and existing clients.
- Managing large investment AUM across unique relationship.
- Handled operational part of Corporate Actions for investments made by HNIs, Ultra HNIs.
- Doing complicated and high level analysis of client's portfolio with the benchmark index and other relative products.
- Maintain strong relationship with HNI hunt and acquisition on new one.
- Liaising across the group with top management
- Strong communication skills
- Business Development for lending /structured products, treasury, trade, cash and liquidity management products
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving / dynamic environment
- Assessing balance sheets, understanding of financial ratios and preparation of credit approval memo
- Maintain optimal product mix, tracking portfolio yield, maximize revenues, minimize expenses and credit Losses
- Ensure best-in class customer service and product offering, by collaborating with other teams of Relationship Managers,
- Transaction Banking, Product and Operations.
- Exposure to business banking products.
- Developed, serviced and enhanced client portfolio ensuring integrated and seamless approach.
