- 10-15 years of relevant work experience in Wealth Management.
- Experience in managing large clients including corporate treasuries and family offices in a private wealth background is a strong positive.
- Updated domain knowledge in financial markets, investment products and regulatory landscape.
- Ability to build and manage large AUM, and drive fresh business opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in selling high-value products or services to affluent clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-value clients.
- Past relationships with customers/clients served
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
