Vice President - User Acceptance Testing - Payments Operations - BFSI

Sr & Jr Tester - WFIP Asst Manage/Sr Associates/Associate:-

- Jr tester with experience of 3 to 4 yrs & Sr tester with 5 to 7 years with strong domain knowledge

- Responsible for creation of test strategy, test plans, test scripts, script execution.

- Participate in BRD & FSD reviews, provide status reports, defect triage, test summary, testing traceability.

- Conduct meetings, reviews as needed with Ops & other stakeholders.

WFIP Testing Team lead (Sr Manager ):-

- Functional head with dual responsibility of site lead & individual testing contribution

- Overall experience of 8 to 12 years with strong domain knowledge and experience

- Responsibilities for hiring, training & retaining talent

- The individual while managing team would also be directly involved in finalization of test schedules with LOBs, testing and improving efficacy of testing through constant development and fine tuning of test scripts / test strategies and will work closely with tech and project teams

- Locations are going to be Chennai & Hyderabad

- The segments to look at would be :- Banking Captives, Fintech companies & IT 03rd party providers. Focus would be to get functional experts (with payments knowledge)
