Vice President - Underwriting - Retail Banking

We are looking out for VP - Underwriting (Retail) - Banking MNC - Hyderabad/ Vizag (FEMALES ONLY)

The role involves :

- Direct the development of Underwriting Services operational best practices and standards for deployment.

- Direct the execution of all Underwriting Services Training activities across all sites

- Ensure Group Underwriting Services Standards are implemented effectively and efficiency

- Develop and ensure implementation of Employee Development programs

- Monitor Quality and Performance results of all Business Processes

- Ensure compliance and operational risk controls

Requirement :

- Knowledge or exposure to operations process design and operations engineering analysis

- Knowledge of Underwriting Services strategies and corporate policies.
