Opening for VP- Treasury Data Delivery Manager for Noida

- Senior Delivery lead role to carry out new applications for regulatory data feeds.

- The role will be responsible for ensuring that effective governance is maintained across key application delivery for data feed for regulatory data requirements through strategic data sources underpinning controls

Your Role

- Having immense exposure to Treasury Hedging process, Stress testing parameters for the international bank,

- Understanding of technology use on Product behavioural bucketing and market conditions impacting the amortization and hedging position change flow

- Expertize on SAS for MRD and Stress testing along with overall exposure to technology

- Work closely with Regulatory Consolidation and Finance Controllers for Individual regulatory data requirements and own the delivery plan for their requirements

- Understand the end to end flow and own the data delivery in UAT and Live environment, work closely with reg teams, run explanatory sessions and ensure to get timely sign offs for live implementation.

- Undertake targeted control interventions & assurance where required to give independent assurance over their effective operation to ensure we maintain a satisfactory control environment e.g. in response to thematic issues or risk events.

- Oversee delivery of strategy to simplify and enhance controls - managing delivery of improvements to frameworks (both within the function and driven by the business) where required to support the control improvement

- Where appropriate, assist the business with the development and maintenance of adequate process and control documentation through the deployment and independent assurance of key risk frameworks.

- Understand and be able to assess the impact that change and continuous improvement initiatives have upon the control environment (e.g. control and QA frameworks) - working with stakeholders in the business to ensure risks are fully understood and appropriate mitigating controls in place.

- Understand future regulatory data requirements, adjust the strategic data delivery models create the delivery readiness for such data deliveries.

Essential Skills

- Has a good working knowledge of Banking and regulatory reporting, exposure to Bank of England, Globally Systematic Important Banking reporting, Finance reports, Piller 3 preferable.

- Excellent oral & written communication skills

- Highly organised thinker

- Have enthusiasm for the work

- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships

- Knowledge of Financial Accounting Principles

Desirable Skills

- Proven experience of influencing Senior Stakeholders including briefings and presentations

- Experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders in different business functions who have different objectives e.g. Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Legal

- Experience of Project or Change Management and assessment of the impacts this has upon the internal control environment

- Ability to provide thought leadership through bringing together insight and analysis including external knowledge

- Understand and manage Risk, Compliance, Governance, Control & Regulatory practices

- Having Good exposure to technologies like Hadoop, Ab Initio, SQL, QlikView

- Advance SQL Skills, Thought process to deal with complex SQLS from data composition, reconciliation

- Exposure to Ledger Attributes and understanding of importance of General Ledger.

- SAP HANA Exposure
