Role : Vice President - Transition
Location : Bangalore
- The incumbent will be responsible for Transition of Processes for the the outsourcing Business Vertical for the Organisation.
- Will Lead a Team of Managers who will be involved in Transitioning business from the client to the offshore centers in india.
- RFP - working with Business & Transition Head supervision; not directly responsible for output:
- Gather inputs from SME as per discussion with Business Head.
- Create first level t-plan and cost, review with the Business Head and make changes as required
- Create summary view of cost as per requirement (by tower, by region, or any other cut)
- Draft responses to relevant RFP questions; all output reviewed by Transition Leader
During Transition:
- Day-to-day transition planning & management (including escalations and issues/risk management)
- Understand the transition plan, focus on timelines and assumptions, seek clarifications if any.
- Keep the project team aware of the Transition Plan.
- Track day to day tasks as per project plan (today + 5 working days typically)
- Validate output by functions before it's sent to customer example: Training plans, SOP tracker etc.
- Own completion of all toll-gate deliverables including travel and site readiness
- Escalate pending activities as per escalation matrix for the project
- Maintain Action, issue, risk log and keep everyone updated about latest status
- Coordinate with customer PMO - dependencies, risks, issue logs
- Liasion with Change Manager / Leader for any overlaps in deliverables or reports
- Schedule calls as per governance matrix and prepare materials for calls as relevant
- Prepare toll gate docs and socialize for prep; make changes
Adherence to Transition Policies & Procedures:
- Create project on CMP tool, schedule CMP calls and drive closure
- Create project on Gentrac, maintain latest status of project
- Initiate Change Request as relevant and as discussed with TL
- Trigger VoC survey roll out post tollgate signoff; share scores with entire project team
- Keep TL apprised of any exceptions due to arise in Deal Book and act as guided for exception approval
Experience & Qualification :
- MBA with 14+yrs of experience & min 5+yrs experience into Transition for a Large Outsourcing Setup.
