Required qualifications include an MBA or postgraduate degree in analytical fields, professional certifications like CFA or FRM, 3-4 years of team management experience, strong quantitative skills, familiarity with financial research, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English, knowledge of global capital markets, and excellent time management are essential.
