- Operations experience and Good understanding of Equity Swap & OTC products.

- Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization skills

- Strong Communication (Writing and Verbal) Skills.

Timings will start at 11 am.

Primary Responsibilities : 

- Oversee the OTC Equity Flow and Exotics Trade Support team.

- The team is responsible for managing OTC Equity & Exotics Trader's Risk products and positions to Firm books and records and investigation and resolution of breaks to minimize booking errors and thus to ensure 100% accuracy and appropriate controls for Equity Structured Notes and Non-Structured Notes businesses across the globe.

- Ensure team is accurately tracking & processing corporate action related Cash events and carrying out Supervisory checks for every payments going outdoors.

- To ensure any queries and client requests are communicated appropriately to the relevant individuals/teams and to escalate any issues which could have an impact on the firm's franchise.

- Adept at managing large team sizes ranging from 10-25 team members, handling processes and projects.

- Manage performance management cycle for the team by conducting regular 1 to 1's with Team members to address the areas of career development, training, performance and business processing.

- Ensure reduction of booking errors by maintaining appropriate controls for Equity Swaps business across the globe.

- Conduct deep dive reviews on the operations incidents, aiming to analyze root causes and put forward suggestions for remediation. Also work with global Swap teams to identify common risk theme and issue to highlight area of focus and remediation effort.

- Manage key global stakeholder relationships and proactively identify and implement tactical and strategic opportunities to enhance the existing client experience. This will involve working closely with teams outside the middle office including finance, confirmations, settlements and technology.

- Mentoring team members including new recruits by providing adequate insights which enables smooth functioning of day to day activities and Ensure best practice is implemented as part of the Teams daily processing requirement.

- Design training plan for the team wherever required and ensure managers periodically update SOPs with detailed process flows for adequate understanding.

- Manage key deployments and projects for the Equity OTC Derivatives business

- Govern the Weekly KRI's, KPI's, Depth Charts, Weekly Risk Metrics weekly and ensuring effective BCP plans are implemented within the teams.
