Vice President - Trade Life Cycle - Derivative/Cash Equities/Fixed Product

We are looking for someone who comes across with either Derivative or Cash Equities or Fixed Product knowledge since this person will going to be responsible for Front Office to Back Office feed reconciliation activity and working with various internal/ external stakeholders to maintain stringent controls in daily trade matching activities across various markets.

My client is operating in a Hybrid model right now and very soon will be fully open or when you join.

Responsibilities :

- Successful candidates will be responsible for reconciliations between Front Office, middle office, and back-office systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of positions and transactions.

- He/She will ensure all internal transactions are correctly matched for timely settlement

- Action and perform root cause analyses on new/recurring issues or control gaps

- Escalate issues for any urgent matters, clients, or risk impact

- Produce time-sensitive daily reports with actionable data to the Global Middle Office for break resolutions

- Provide detailed business control metrics to management daily

Candidate Profile :

- The desired candidate must have minimum of 12 + years of industry experience along with Front, Middle, and back-office knowledge.

- Strong understanding of OTC Derivatives or Cash Equities or Fixed Income Products.

- Strong product knowledge; thorough understanding of the end to end transaction cycle
