Vice President - Tourism & Finance

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading organization in the Tourism and Finance sector, is seeking a highly experienced Vice President to drive financial strategies, project financing, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing loan disbursements and recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive project financing strategies, assess feasibility, and conduct appraisals for tourism-related projects

- Oversee loan documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

- Manage disbursement of loans, ensuring timely and accurate fund allocation

- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and mitigate financial risks

- Implement loan recovery strategies and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments

- Analyze financial statements to evaluate borrower creditworthiness and loan portfolio performance

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies

- Formulate policies for risk management, asset-liability management, and financial planning

- Conduct due diligence for new investments, mergers, and acquisitions in the tourism sector

- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial structuring and operational efficiencies
