- Designing Global total rewards philosophy and framework to support talent attraction and engagement strategy and organizational growth
- Responsible for aggregating and keeping control on the Global Compensation and Benefits budget by SBU
- Responsible for designing pay, pay for performance and benefits scheme by region and SBU for all employees in line with best in class industry cum region practices
- Leading and administering annual salary planning, review & payouts
- Engaging compensation consulting firms to review market trends & suggest rewards strategies to keep abreast of trends and best practices.
- Developing a framework for implementation of Global variable/incentive pay plans across the globe
- Designing and implementing Global Stock Option Schemes.
- Responsible for implementing Global Benefits optimization projects
- Design and review of global job architecture
- Expat and Mobility management
- All the Comp & Ben specialists will report into this position directly and this person will lead and manage Global COE team
