Key Responsibilities:

- Shape and execute the company's tech vision and strategy.

- Lead end-to-end AI product development for a scalable, data-driven platform.

- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team.

- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology with growth objectives.

- Ensure the highest standards of data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Who We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of AI, etc.).

- Proven expertise in AI, ML, data analytics, and SaaS product development.

- Successful track record of building and scaling B2B/B2C SaaS products.

- Strong academic background (Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related fields preferred).

- Immediate availability for a full-time role.

- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore post-funding, if required.

Preferred Educational Background:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with exceptional experience in AI/ML and technology leadership will also be considered.
