Job Description :

- As a VP technology, reporting into the Country Head you will be leading and building a Product development team and will be responsible for several business operation functions such as Governance, Asset Management, Client Engineering & Operations, DevOps, IS Marketing & Communications, Project Management as well as lead the strategic initiatives around the deployment and adoption of the digital transformation.

Description :

- Leading the team supporting multiple business functions inside healthcare data and intelligence platforms and products.

- Working with global teams on the Healthcare Digital Transformation

- Global Stakeholder management

- Decision making and product solutioning

- Understanding the customer's and business's needs and defining success and measurable outcomes of technology projects to manage expectations

- Defining the Strategy, Roadmap, and goals for the team in accordance with organisation's vision

- Implementing best in class service delivery models by defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers

- Building and training a global talent base with engineering and innovation capabilities enabling organisation strategies

Profile :

- 18+ years of overall experience with 5+ years minimum on Leadership experience

- Ability to manage IT in large and complex organization cost efficiently and effectively.

- Experience in Microsoft technology stack and azure is an added advantage

- Critical thinking, Problem solving and cognitive skills.

- Great Stakeholder management skills

- Multitasking

- Excellent communication, and presentation skills

- Demonstrate ease in working in a global environment, collaborate across in-country and international teams
