Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Learning:
- Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle including leadership development, succession planning, engagement, and L&D strategy
- Oversee performance calibration, talent reviews, and high-potential programs
HR Technology & Analytics:
- Develop and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and insights to guide strategic decision-making
- Drive implementation of HRIS, ATS, and performance platforms
- Introduce Gen AI, automation to improve HR operations
- Ensure governance, compliance, and data integrity across all digital HR systems
Executive Compensation & Workforce Planning:
- Design KMP compensation structures, including short/long-term incentives and equity plans
- Stay updated on market benchmarks and regulatory guidelines for CXO-level pay
- Partner with CHRO & CEO on workforce optimization strategies
- Present analytics-backed compensation proposals
Preferred Profile
- 15-18 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR consulting
- Postgraduate degree in HR (2-year full-time program mandatory, premier institutes preferred)
- Strong experience in talent strategy, HR systems, and analytics
- Proficient in Excel, SPSS/MS Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in complex and regulated environments (Financial/Insurance sectors preferred but not mandatory)
- Exposure to digital transformation and HR tech rollouts
- Proven leadership with experience managing HR CoEs or transformation projects
