Key Responsibilities:
- Development of talent management programs
- Development of competency frameworks & competence libraries
- Design of career and succession management framework and policies
- Development, and implementation of succession planning practices
- Manage initiatives such as career and succession management framework, promotion & development center across levels, High Potential identification across businesses, career movements, developing successor pool.
- Develop & Monitor IDP's for High Potential Candidates at Senior and Leadership level
- Partner with HRBP for IDP's pertaining to Mid Management
- Work with external consultants, business schools in area of Assessment Centers, Leadership Development
- Work & partner with business for competence based performance assessments
- Foster a culture of Talent Development
- MBA in HR with minimum 13-15 years of experience having worked in Talent Management COE
