Role : - Vice President - Talent Leader ( L&D Execution )
Location : - Bangalore or Mumbai
Role Description:
Responsible for the execution of Organisation's talent strategies within Organisations Learning and provide strategic direction for organizational and workforce management.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the talent strategy for Organisation Learning
- Drive with local support, HR programs across Organisation Learning
- Be conduit to global, client and country HR
- Own and manage single intake tool (SIT)
- Work with team leads to ensure staffing is aligned with growing Organisation Learning talent
- Design and develop policies that govern Organisation Learning: work force and competency requirements, external accreditation/credentials programs, organizational design, performance measurement and business advisor programs
- Design and develop cross-training programs, coaching programs and back-fill programs as part of an overall talent strategy for Organisation Learning
- Drive and/or participate in decision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation
- Monitor Open Roles Report and resolve requests outstanding
- Manage and track people productivity metrics such as changeability, bench, average time to fill demands for their respective resource pool, attrition and other talent metrics
- Implement internal client employee programs such as employee engagement and recognition programs
Sales and Operations Planning:
- Proactively identify skill gaps and determine strategies to address them
- Monitor SLA and identify talent strategies to address talent related SLA gaps
- Work with Organisation-wide Partnerships in analytics and innovation to understand trends and proactively assess impact on Organisation Learning talent strategy
- Use internal client - sales pipeline to identify, escalate and recommend changes to Organisation Learning's talent strategy
Candidate with Prior experience in Talent Management would be an Added Advantage
