Primary Responsibilities
1- Develop and lead the "talent Deployment practice" for leadership positions by aligning Talent succession objectives and individual aspirations.
2-Strategic Partnerships with the business Hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, Geographic strategic Hiring Leaders and other key eco system stakeholders in proactively identifying talent availability and gaps
3-Gather, profile and analyze the pool of internal leadership talent and create framework to maximize talent redeployment.
4-Develop and drive strong insight/repository of competitor talent landscape and enable insights for hiring strategy.
Candidate Profile :
1 Extensive experience in executive/C-suite hiring in a large and matrix organization.
2 Excellent skills in communications, influencing and coaching.
3 Possess the ability to lead initiatives across global, rallying cross functional teams.
15+ yrs of related experience in a leadership capacity.
