JOB DESCRIPTION: - Lead the existing sourcing, recruiting, and recruiting operations teams, partner with the broader HR team, and senior leaders to understand, refine, and communicate a compelling vision for talent acquisition for business function, set of concrete initiatives and metrics to realize it. - Project/Process Management - Provide guidance and support for developing and implementing cost effective recruiting strategies. - Consult and partner with businesses to meet the organization's near and long-term strategic objectives and hiring goal - from new channel development, identification of favourable locations to set up new business hubs. - Create a metrics focused organization that drives accountability and keeps the team focused on creating a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. - Use technology and tools to improve efficiency and productivity on hiring. - Lead and/or provide input on major recruiting initiatives from improving the candidate experience to an ATS implementation. - Crafting and implementing creative sourcing strategies and plans for building a continuous talent pipeline for both voice and non-voice through referrals, social media campaigns and train & hire programs. - Building and leading a team to manage end-to-end recruiting (with specific emphasis to voice skills) and build a pipeline in a high volume, dynamic environment. - Creating and implementing processes, tools and training to enable Hiring Managers to better define positions, screening and interviewing candidates, and making quality hiring decisions. - Ensure quality of hire and infant attrition rates are industry best for the organization. - Utilizing social media to develop organization's reputation as an employer of choice. - Financial acumen -Creation of annual talent acquisition budget and tracking budgeted versus actual outflow to ensure cost per hire matrix is always in control. DESIRED PROFILE: - Overall, 20 years+ of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 8-10 years' experience in leading high volume voice skill hiring channel in large scale. - Exposure to high volume talent delivery to an estimated 5000+ annualized requirement, with a large part of it being voice skills. - Experience in conceptualizing full scale large volume voice hiring project across business verticals in multicity environment for India. - Proven leadership with a vision and strategy for talent acquisition for voice hiring in a large enterprise is a must. - Strong communications and interpersonal skills, able to communicate & influence senior stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple talent delivery projects across multiple business lines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in partnering with various teams across organization to create RFP responses from talent acquisition perspective. - Prior experience in managing talent acquisition audits and compliance sub function. - Matrix oriented outlook, ability to lead team in creating and circulating daily input and output matrix reports for business hiring. - Aptitude to learn organization's core business in healthcare. - Exposure to various compensation and benefits models. - Ability to and solve for talent supply to ensure on time revenue realization. - Collaborative mindset and willing to take that extra step keeping business goals as priority. - Hands on approach in running Talent Acquisition function solving for business problems. - Open to business travel to different parts in India as and when required for hiring.
