An esteemed client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider catering to the healthcare industry, is offering an opportunity for a VP-Talent Acquisition in the Voice Hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the existing sourcing, recruiting, and recruiting operations teams, partner with the broader HR team, and senior leaders to understand, refine, and communicate a compelling vision for talent acquisition for business function, set of concrete initiatives and metrics to realize it.
- Project/Process Management - Provide guidance and support for developing and implementing cost effective recruiting strategies.
- Consult and partner with businesses to meet the organization's near and long-term strategic objectives and hiring goal - from new channel development, identification of favourable locations to set up new business hubs.
- Create a metrics focused organization that drives accountability and keeps the team focused on creating a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Building and leading a team to manage end to-end recruiting (with specific emphasis to voice skills) and build a pipeline in a high volume, dynamic environment.
- Creating and implementing processes, tools and training to enable Hiring Managers to better define positions, screening and interviewing candidates, and making quality hiring decisions.
Desired candidate profile:
- Overall, 20 years+ of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 8-10 years' experience in leading high volume voice skill hiring channel in large scale.
- Exposure to high volume talent delivery to an estimated 5000+ annualized requirement, with a large part of it being voice skills.
- Experience in conceptualizing full scale large volume voice hiring project across business verticals in multicity environment for India.
- Proven leadership with a vision and strategy for talent acquisition for voice hiring in a large enterprise is a must.
