About Role:
- Formulating a strategic and systematic Recruitment Plan to meet the Companies manpower requirements in a cost-effective manner within a given time frame and related General HR Functions.
- To recruit employees as per the budget approved by the Functional Heads and to define Job Description for the said positions. To maintain the record of employees in the different hierarchy.
- Managing complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at the right place at right time.
- To meet the Companies manpower requirements in a cost-effective manner within a given time frame by exploring the various sources of recruitment apart from Job Portal such as Job SMS, Advertisements, Mass mailing, Campus Recruitment, etc.
