Job Title: Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts, drive talent acquisition strategy, and ensure a seamless hiring process for all levels within the organization. The VP of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in building a high-performing team, driving growth through workforce planning, and attracting top-tier talent aligned with our company's culture and objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in recruitment, talent pipeline development, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to forecast hiring needs and measure recruitment metrics.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring targets.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that thrives on innovation and continuous improvement.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Build and promote a compelling employer brand to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Ensure a high-quality, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion diversity and inclusion within hiring practices, working to build an equitable recruitment framework.
- Partner with HR to develop strategies to attract underrepresented groups.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align talent acquisition initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on hiring progress and workforce trends.
Technology & Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and implement talent acquisition technologies and tools to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and ensure compliance with hiring policies and local employment laws.
Market Intelligence & Talent Pipeline:
- Conduct regular market research to understand talent trends and stay competitive.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale recruitment initiatives and strategies.
- Demonstrated success in workforce planning, employer branding, and DEI efforts.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics, analytics, and best-in-class recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
