Job Title: Talent Acquisition - Head
Role Overview :
The Talent Acquisition - Head will be a strategic change agent, responsible for overhauling and scaling our talent acquisition strategy. This individual will introduce innovative hiring practices, build a high-performance talent acquisition team, and position our company as an employer of choice within the financial services space. They will work closely with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and drive rapid expansion while maintaining a strong culture and top-tier talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Growth Leadership
- Design and execute a transformative talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business strategy and future business needs, including global expansion and digital transformation.
- Develop and propagate a hiring model that adapts to our dynamic needs & can scale effectively
- Establish partnerships with industry networks, universities, and executive search firms to tap into top talent pools.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including AI-driven recruiting, talent marketing, and data-driven hiring.
Change Management & Process Optimization
- Lead a talent acquisition transformation by introducing automation, advanced analytics, and modern hiring techniques to optimize processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality-of-hire.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and retention rates etc to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Support a culture shift by embedding a performance driven mindset across the company.
- Develop talent intelligence and workforce planning capabilities to anticipate and fill skill gaps.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Position the company as a premier employer within the financial services space.
- Develop and execute branding campaigns that attract high-caliber talent.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience that aligns with the company's values and mission.
- Utilize social media, industry events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-impact, results-driven talent acquisition team.
- Foster a KPI based, performance-oriented and excellence driven talent acquisition culture.
- Develop internal talent pipelines for key leadership and technical roles.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Embed DEI into every stage of the hiring process.
- Implement hiring strategies to increase diversity in leadership and key business areas.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of leading talent acquisition in high-growth firms.
- Change Leadership: Experience in leading talent acquisition transformations, scaling teams, and driving innovation in talent acquisition.
- Growth Oriented: Proven ability to transform talent acquisition function and scale hiring efforts in fast-growing companies.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience implementing cutting-edge recruiting technologies, AI tools, and data-driven hiring practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align talent acquisition with business growth.
- Networking Powerhouse: A well-established network within the financial services, hedge fund administration, and fintech talent ecosystem.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong ability to drive cultural and operational change in talent acquisition.
