- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the organisation visibility, reputation and brand in key recruiting markets
- Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates organisation employee value proposition in order to attract top talent
- Partner with Business leaders and executive team to provide strategy and support for talent acquisition solutions
- Develop and implement metrics on recruiting and retention including cost per hire, applicant flow, hiring manager, and new employee satisfaction
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs
