Our client is a leading global bank based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of end-to-end lateral recruiting services across all hiring levels, including branding, sourcing and contracting
- Manage resource allocation within the recruitment team to ensure appropriate recruiting services provision for professional and critical hiring requirements
- Responsible for vendor management, assessment and work allocation
- Responsible to ensure that recruiting services effectively meet business demand
- Responsible for workforce planning with respective stakeholders
- Design and implement external candidate marketing and proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and hire a highly qualified workforce
- Measure, assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Recruitment team
Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years of strong experience
- Mandatory experience hiring in the BFSI sector
- Should have a master's degree or equivalent
- Should have experience handling hiring across levels
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies, sources and technology
- Must possess excellent project management and organization skills to work and lead several initiatives simultaneously, effectively and efficiently
