Job Description:

1. Determining and executing the logistics strategy for integrated logistics operations of the company

2. Plan, design, and communicate the supply chain management plan covering key areas like warehousing, Logistics etc

3. Responsible for P&L, Customer service improvement, logistics transformation, end-to-end supply chain management

4. Managing the entire gamut of Supply Chain viz warehousing, first mile, 3PL, Last mile etc.

5. Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle

6. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

7. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

8. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

9. Operations planning, Vendor management, contract negotiations, warehousing planning

10. Optimising unit economics of supply chain operations, minimizing RTO, DTO etc

11. Collaborating with Demand, Supply and other teams for a smooth end-to-end logistics operations and achieving benchmark performance to maximize business results

12. Maintain requisite metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of successful distribution and logistics management at scale

2. 8+ plus years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management (Logistics + Warehousing) at a leadership level

3. Must have successfully implemented operations-related software like WMS etc. at scale

4. Excellent written and spoken English.

5. Preferably from B2B/e-commerce/FMCG/ Logistics industry.

6. Team Management, Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
