Location : Bangalore

Job description :

- Leading the end to end Supply Chain for the business verticals Agri Inputs and Market Linkages - Managing procurement, fulfillment, inventory, warehousing & logistics

- Creates and drive supply chain strategy and communications, deliver strategic objectives, and oversee materials management activities, including Demand Planning, Buying, Material Flow, Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service operations.

- Evaluate the Purchasing and material control group's performance against established metrics and expectations.

- Ensure that purchasing team works with suppliers to achieve targeted delivery lead times while minimizing working capital investment.

- Ensure the materials and supply chain is aligned and performing to support the execution of site product production and development using, demand plans and other site systems and tools.

- Communicates supply chain strategy information in customer sales meetings and participates in customer and regulatory audits as required.

- Identification of potential risks in the supply side from the perspective of capacity and seasonal bottlenecks and take appropriate actions to mitigate the risks

- Manage and execute goals and responsibilities associated with company procurement and sourcing organization.

- Manage proposal quoting, cost analysis, reports, budgets, supply utilization analysis and capital expenditure management as needed.

Desired Candidate :

- Supply Chain Management Professional with 15+ years of overall experience with minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in running a sophisticated supply chain for Ecommerce (strategic sourcing, managing suppliers, industry analysis, contract management, negotiations, and forecasting).

- Should display the ability to take decisions independently and have the exposure of having worked with cross functional and cross geographic stakeholders.

- Strong contract negotiating skills, and organizational strategic vision, and proven ability to work collaboratively and tactfully with a diverse group of people.
