- The Stress Testing Change Program is a multi-year program supporting the Group and local stress testing and actuals BAU activities across Finance and Risk.
- The Program aims to provide solutions across process, systems and people to the stakeholders across a wider set of functions in Risk and Finance - central stress testing teams, Wholesale Risk, Retail Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Insurance Risk, etc.
- Drive end-to-end delivery plan and ensure deliverables & milestones are met, escalating appropriately to this end
- Ensure that scope of work is consistent across all work streams (in particular agreeing appropriate site / entities with the team);
- Ensure that the individual work stream plans have clear ownership of deliverables and are consistent and coordinated and that an overall high level plan is produced which shows key dependencies where they exist;
- Ensure that all areas produce deliverables of appropriate quality and comply with the Change Framework used;
- Ensure all related finances and resources are in place, assisting work stream PMs to obtain budget and resources (where necessary);
- Use the individual work stream's status reports to develop an overall change report that highlights key deliverables, risks and issues (in particular cross-work stream issues);
- Hold regular meetings to propose and agree solutions to cross work stream issues that can be recommended to senior management.
