Vice President - Strategy Partner to Group CFO - Bank - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

A leading Bank, currently among top 5 Banks in India is looking for Strategy Partner to Group CFO at VP level.

REQUIRED :

- MBA from Tier I B-School / CA 1st Attempt.

- Must be from Bank/Financial Services.

- Experience in Strategy with Treasury Team/Financial Management OR any candidate who is already working as an strategy consultant to CFO/Head Financial Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

This role will serve as a Strategy Partner to the Group Chief Financial Officer.

- Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the MD & CEO's vision and organisation's objectives, closely working with the Group CFO.

- The role holder is responsible for coordinating with the Finance function for execution of the core strategy, in line with the Bank's vision.

- The role holder is also responsible for working closely with key stakeholders in implementation of PAN-Bank strategic projects (Financials, Cost Mgmt, Financial frameworks, Financial systems, New initiatives) and addressing any potential roadblocks to success of the projects / initiatives, while ensuring synergy between various functions.

- The role holder will be responsible to critically evaluate the processes the Bank uses to track, oversee and organize every financial interaction between the internal customer and the Finance unit.
